Company is an absolute joke with customer service. All emails are responded to with AI garbage with little attention to the customer. Don’t even attempt to receive a refund, you will be met with a long, drawn-out “no” reiterated by AI wordsmithing from their website. For this reason, avoid this company. They are thieves.

Have used IPV for 6+ years and am usually satisfied… but having a lot of trouble lately connecting using Wireguard with IOS. Having to reinstall constantly… Customer service, usually excellent was meh.

Warning beware of this app they’re only concerned with money I reached out for answers as to why I’m charged twice each month and found out there are two accounts on my card. I told them I have no access to the other email but no refund issued I’m going to another trustworthy ip app where I won’t get charged twice each month for accounts I can’t access. I guess someone got free IPVanish on me.

Keeps dropping connection
IPV will not hold a continuous connection. This is my first issue with IPV in 4 yrs. I have had nothing but good to say about IPV until now.
