It’s a decent vpn but what’s not decent is that they put you on automatic payment for the next year at a disgusting cost where you want it or not. I had to contact them to cancel this and even after I did that I was STILL on auto payments. Watch out for this. They have definitely done this on purpose. Wether it’s legal to do I’m not sure but it’s a scam. Ive seen the developers response and regardless what they say you still put us on an automatic payment at a very inflated cost. I’ve checked and I’m now not in auto payment. But that’s only because I changed it.

i used this vpn for 8 years. I decided to change as slowed down connection too much, among other issues. They continued to bill me despite cancellation. I get only automated responses to my attempts to rectify.

Messing up my phonr
My ring & other apps are not working, even though I did the split function and added the website. It is totally messing up my phone. I don’t recommend this app. I’m going to cancel.

Confusing. Does this mean I must actively select ‘connect’ each time my computer and phone are on? Or does it mean that it automatically connects when using them?? No explanation and not intuitive/logical.
