Worst App I wanted but it never works
I just deleted this app for the 10th time. The other 9 times, I reinstalled it hoping it would work. I really like the car wash that uses the app but I get reward credits toward a free car wash, the app returns an error every time I try to purchase a wash. There are other self service car washes in town that I can use, so that’s where I will go from now on. The IQ franchise is either a scam or they have the worst IT department I have ever dealt with.

I had an account created and used it. It malfunctions a lot. I went to put in a new credit card so I can pay for washes through the app. It declined it 5 X. I had plenty of $$ in my account. Than i checked my bank history and the APP took $2 out for no apparent reason. The car wash is great on itself. The app doesn’t work. The workers don’t care. They’ll make it look like your broke when your not. Tell you there’s nothing they can do. Pour management but excellent car wash. Do better when managing problems.

I had a mess with this ap when I first installed it. Could not set up an account. It would not accept my cox email address but that was ages ago. I may have set it up under my gmail address. But I cannot log on using either & I have no password saved so it’s possible that I was not able to set it up. Tried again today. Tried to log in as if I had an account but I am not receiving the verification email (no ,it’s not in my spam) so then tried to set up a new account. I am getting “oops - there is a problem” but no explanation as to what the problem is. Totally worthless.

Doesn’t work
This is a horrible app. Extremely out dated. Doesn’t work. I tried for 25 mins to just add a card. Why can’t you use Apple Pay? Do not recommend, go to another car wash.
No mention of hold on funds
It prior auths $15 each time you scan your card. It’s been days and I have 2 of these still on my account so got billed 4 times. Very rude to do to people without informing like most businesses do.
Payment doesn’t work
If I try to buy a car wash, I get error codes that it doesn’t work. Have reentered card info and still nothing. Lost credit for two washes because of this.
Wont Allow Card Change
Can’t change to a new payment method. tried to reenter old card and wouldn’t accept it either.

i was setting up my account and set up a payment method and it immediately charged me $1 for absolutely nothing. not a huge deal monetarily, but it's kind of a scummy move to just take my money like that. so.. technically not a free app? not really a bad app otherwise
Creating an Account
After I created the account, anything I try to do within the app, it kicks me out and says I need to create an account. I hope the car wash is better than the app.
Won’t let me create account
Every time I type in my info to create a new account and click the Create Account button, nothing happens.
