The wifi I pay for is the most expensive plan and it doesn’t even go over 50mbps most of the time
The app itself is also just horrible and lags most of the time when I try to pay for my wifi I honestly can’t recommend anything this horrible

Please fix it
When my Internet package is finished and I tried to look at my Internet package to see if I can do the service but it doesn’t work like it doesn’t put it on my account instead it’s saying manual call service stuff like that

I have bought a plan online and I made a mistake in choosing the plan I want I clicked a wrong button , I called customer service to fix they said you can’t fix it I was very disappointed.

this app is great but there is a problem, its kinda dumb that i cant recharge my wifi thru the app when my iQ wifi is not working. like its not like im always gonna check to see how many days left for me to recharge it. i really wish i could recharge offline either. also another problem besides the app, why cant we recharge when we call you guys (the iQ company)? like how else do you expect me to recharge my wifi when you literally wont let me recharge it thru the app OFFLINE..?
