Звук не работает, поддержка не отвечает, деньги на ветер, от приложения толка 0, поэтому глобус за 6 тысяч просто светящийся, такой за 1500 тысячи можно было взять

Не работает и техподдержки нет

Писала в техподдержку уже 2-3 недели назад, но ответа так и не получила…
Получили глобус в подарок, установили приложение. Все работает нормально: игры, справки и тд, но дополненная реальность с глобуса не работает: написано «наведите камеру на Евразию», навожу и никакой реакции.
В онлайн магазине грубо послали нафиг, телефонов для связи с техподдержкой тоже нет.
называется, купи слона и или нафиг. Такая дополненная реальность вообще не впечатляет.
