Unfair Fees — Beware
I bought BTC on IQ Option in 2017. After I invested, they added a new holding fee, which wasn’t there before. Over time, this fee took away most of my profit, even though the BTC price increased. They can change rules anytime to take your money. Be very careful if you use this app!
Impossible to withdraw investment
Been with since 2017, they charge a percentage if you do not trade for an extended amount of time, tried on numerous occasions to withdraw funds, all their boxes ticked to process request but met with stone wall every time. This company gives crypto currency a bad name, I would suggest to anyone looking to invest their hard earned cash to think twice before locking their money with these jokers.

Impossible to withdraw cash! Constantly changing terms and conditions on the basis of an email that you cannot respond to! They assume you accept any new terms and conditions on the basis of their one way email to you! Poor service. Scam like.

Invested £1000 with this app. I accidentally let my identification time out so they blocked the account. Once the account was locked they were virtually impossible to contact. I eventually got through to them on the phone where they told me all of the crypto currencies I had invested in had been sold and they have only come to a total of £60
