Very interesting of how you explained things of the test and more. I really would have liked an explanation of how the answers were obtained in the later questions. But hey, I enjoyed the test!
The 30 minute time limit should be adjustable
I have Dyslexia and at age 24 my IQ was estimated at 152 or greater, because I answered every test question correctly. I was recovering from a 104 degree fever at Kessler Air Force Base hospital . I mostly took one week classes instead of two weeks classes and I graduated at the top of my class with a 94 grade average. The other 29 students had 18 months. My new title was Electric Digital Processing Repairman That allowed me to pick the 770th Radar Squadron at Fort Meade. The day after I arrived, I contacted Capital Radio Engineering Institute in Washington D. C. They sent someone to interview me. He explained that it was not practical to attend classes, but he could use the GI Bill to allow me to take correspondence courses and I could get degree if I completed all 100 courses. By the time I completed 60 courses two years had gone by and I was allowed to take Computer Technician Exam and I missed only two questions because I was not allowed time to complete the exam. When the results came back, I had the highest score in the history of the 770th Radar Squadron and I was promoted to Staff Sergeant.

This was an interesting experience. The "test" would be most valid for people who are visual, mathematic. For people who are better at verbal, written logic problems, not so much. I remember taking an IQ test for Mensa. It had a visual comparison of images with the Little King in a car with a girl, like at a drive-in. I got so hung up on the unlikelihood of that image that I could make no sense of it and lost time. I think this should be presented as a logic puzzle test rather than IQ test, but understand that the IQ title might be a better hook. Also, if you could break it up into sections with some variation, more takers might be able to avoid the tendency to go to eyes just glazing over.

Brain damage or not
It was a challenging test. I must admit the first few I probably got wrong, but then I finally caught on the all the different patterns of different things I had going on. I got easier as a progressed through the test.
