IQ Energy

App is starting to all come together now and is becoming a very important tool to the business needs. There has been some issues but that’s been down to the changes which has effected all company’s. I find there technical support to be top notch when you do have issues and they work hard to try and resolve them.

Ok App

Looks good but often fails to connect to the server. Numerous bugs. Pity as on the days it works it’s excellent.

Poor support

I have been using this app for 3 years now and it used to be very good. It was updated around a year ago to bring it in line with updates brought in to the English DEA changes. Unfortunately with this update, the Scottish system stopped functioning correctly and it has gone from a 5 star rating to a generous 2star rating. I have attempted on several occasions to communicate these issues over the last year to no avail. On my last communication was advised to raise it on this forum. Please sort out the numerous issues with this app!!!!

Performance

Great performance, nice and easy to understand! Would recommend

Froze the first time I used it, now I’m scared

Doing EPC certificates means you cannot easily go back to the location and try again, and we are certainly not paid well enough to warrant that. Software that is not 100% reliable that does not save your data, regardless of whether you are online or not, is completely unacceptable for something that is used for working in the field… On top of that, I don’t see how to enter a room dimensions using a laser or even typing it in manually it seems you have to tap 100 times to increment 1 m. Freezes are actually in zPlan.
