After last update my Jood 3 is not connecting at all
Pls fix the app and software issue, my ring is not connecting. I got my Jood 3 less then 3 weeks ago and all was good until update ruined it all. Now my charging case also not functioning, for some reason charging case keeps powering the ring until fully depleted whereas before it would stop after ring got full charge. Not sure it is related but this is the problems I am having. In the name of God please solve it so we can enjoy our tasbih. Thank you

QR code is incorrect
The iQibla tasbih is not connecting to my phone. When I scan the QR code, it says the QR code is incorrect and asks me to scan another one. I am scanning the exact QR code that came inside the box. Because of this, I cannot connect or use the device properly. Very disappointing experience.
Bluetooth connection issue
I am unable to connect my Zikr Ring Noor to Bluetooth. The ring does not appear in my iPhone Bluetooth list, and it also does not appear when searching from inside the iQIBLA Life app.
I have tried charging the ring, restarting my phone, resetting the ring, checking Bluetooth permissions, reinstalling the app, and searching several times, but the device still cannot be detected. The frustrating part is that it was connected earlier and worked for only about one week before this issue started.
Clearer troubleshooting steps and better support inside the app are needed, especially for users who cannot detect or reconnect their ring.
I would appreciate your immediate support in resolving this issue.

Disconnected watch
Well I just connected a Watch the other day but then The next day It got disconnected why can l get a response immediately
