iQMS

iQMS is used to support the inspection activities of inspectable materials at the source of manufacturing facility. These materials are direct purchases issued by the Plants to maintain Operational activities at the Saudi Aramco Facilities. Inspection activities are conducted by certified Aramco and Contractor Inspectors. The certification is provided in the form of QR Coded JCC card both PMT/EPC projects and Operational requirements of materials. iQMS is integrated with manufacturers/stockiest enabling to receive the inspection plan and call for inspections. The system allows to record inspection results by GIS inspectors in order to issue the mandatory release letter required to receive the goods at the plants premises. GIS vendors are contracted with the help of Work Order estimation selection process. The IQMS system enhancements goal is to increase accessibility convenience to users, provide fast/easier channels to manage inspection activities, request/issue/generate secured QR personnel qualification and issue QR encrypted Code inspection document.
