Wicked app that saves me the hassle of waiting around in the barbershop for hours on end. I book myself in and turn up 5 mins before my approximate cut time. Works perfectly 👌🏾

Issuses
Not allowing me to reset forgotten details. Says an email is sent errrrrr! Nope!
Nice idea...needs lots of work
My local barbers use this system and the idea is excellent and actually works really well, virtual queue is a great time saver...however...the app is glitchy to say the least. Wouldn't take much to sort it out.

Same problem as other users have described - can't even complete the registration. So basically useless.
Good idea, needs polishing
Great idea, especially as I can end up waiting nearly two hours for a haircut at peak times!
App needs some polishing, the interface is a bit clunky and feels very dated already.
Also the select barbers screen is quite unstable, it tends to skip up and down.
With a bit of refinement this could be something really good!

Can't even register
In theory, this would be a really helpful app to have, but despite trying to register multiple times (and receiving a confirmation email) I get told that my 'credentials are wrong' upon log-in. Using 'Forgot my username/password' then tells me that my email isn't registered... useless.

I have tried several times now, wasted so much time trying to register. It will not recognise my email address even though It has sent me 3 separate activation codes. Ironically I have now deleted the time wasting app while queuing in the barber shop. Would be good if it worked.
Fantastic App
Easy to use, and understand. Best idea ever, my barbers is always busy so easy to queue and come back. Or monitor on the app throughout the day. The OS is basic and simple. All we could ask for.
Registering is poor
All minor issues but add up to major pain.
Security question part:
If you edit anything after one letter it jumps to the end.
You cannot put more than one capital letter in why? If you want to add FC it insists on changing it to Fc.
Way too long sign up and have to do it on phone as website has nothing for users just for barbers.
Also many people will not give up by them insisting on all this info so their sign ups will suffer. Stupid friction if they want to grow.
So far not very impressed let's hope the back end implementation is better than the UI and UX.

Not working
I have been registered and got an email with a username and password and an activation code.
But unable to use it as it does not ask for the activation code and does not log in.

Cutting edge
Just getting used to this but definitely seems to work. On the basis that I get my hair cut every four weeks and time is valuable at weekend and other times this is definitely a worthwhile innovation. Surprised it has not been done before. My son uses the same barbers but gets someone else to cut his hair so good for him too.

Really good
Keeps improving so alls good. Good thing it asks u if you're sure about selecting a particular barber now used to b very annoying if u accidentally select wrong barber.
