アプリを立ち上げないと予定の同期が行われないのを改善してほしい。
アプリを立ち上げなくても、他の端末で入力したものをリアルタイムで見れるようにしてほしい。

更新しても更新してくださいの表示が繰り返され使えません

OCEを起動し、アップデート指示に従い、更新。
その後立ち上げるも更新してくださいの表示が再度表示され、また同じ手順の繰り返し。
アプリを一旦飛ばしてもダメ。
再起動して再度立ち上げてもダメ。
更新の表示が出て使うことが出来ません。
何故でしょうか？

このような使えないものをまだ販売しているのか怒りしかない。毎回の同期の時間やアップデートの時間が無駄である。しかもゆっくり報告できず、先生も打ちたい時いない検索できない。本当意味がない。

Dreadful

Constant bugs, minimal utility, duplicate data, inconsistent account labeling. Iquvia should stop selling this platform and just negotiate a “Veeva light” with Salesforce.com

Thank you for your feedback. We release new app version updates monthly with fixes for any reported bugs and new enhancements. We kindly request you report the issue to your implementation team and triage any product bugs using the OCE product support process. We will strive to resolve product functionality issues and provide you with the best experience possible. Regarding the duplicate data and inconsistent account labeling, it is not in our control as the data is owned and managed by your Organization’s Administrator. We recommend working with them to have an optimized process to identify and resolve data issues.

I’m so over this app!

EVERY single time I open this app I have to update it and then it still doesn’t work properly. I always have to call our IT department to get it resolved and then I’m on the phone for over an hr doing that.

Thank you for your feedback. Starting Mar 2022, we release new app version updates once a month only. We recommend turning on automatic updates at app store settings to update the app automatically in the background. Suppose you are referring to updating the metadata cache from the server. In that case, it is not in our control as your Organization’s Administrator manages it. We recommend working with them to have an optimized process to push new metadata changes.
