Disappointing
I recently switched to using IR. Fees are very reasonable and slippage (i think that’s the correct term) is very good compared to other exchanges and definitely better value than when buying crypto directly from one’s private wallet.
But I’ve just been prohibited from transferring USDC to my personal Tangem wallet. The reason — for my security.

1. Financial businesses should only be responsible for their business: providing a simple, secure and efficient service.
2. I’m an adult and responsible to conduct my own affairs, until a court determined that I’m unfit to do so.
3. I decide how I use my funds, i don’t need a nanny.

High fees in NZ
I liked the fees advertised. But once I wanted to deposit money, turns out there's a 3.5% fee and no way to make a bank transfer. Closed account, moving on.

App needs some bug fixes
The virtual keyboard doesn’t pop up many times when entering figures to buy/sell. It becomes difficult and only requires refresh and relogin with no guarantees that it will work smoothly
Great service
I love this exchange i just wish the app was the same as the web browser or it was fully integrated with trading view. Nevertheless it’s great exchange for Aussie’s and would recommend for anyone starting out.

Good buying and selling fees but insane withdrawal fees if you want to withdrawal / send to a cold wallet

Great platform and app. I’m satisfied with the security to access it and the ability to keep track of assets as well as trade them is simple and easy
Super low featured
It is nice to have an app that makes buying and selling super easy in my phone. BUT, the portfolio tab is so basic and needsmore. For example it shows my holdings and their value, but not the buy price of those holdings, so can see my portfolio go up or down but not how this relates to P&L, please add this so I can see which of mys the most profitable .

I signed up but couldn’t get my ID verification. I deposited $500 and can’t trade or access it. I have tried support on the app, messsged on Facebook and emailed, hours have gone by and nothing!!!

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service—and when you are handing over your hard earned dollars to a faceless company, then you need great trust and customer service. You will not get it here. They really don’t care and will not help you in any way. But they will happily take your money. The log in hardly works, and the verification process is the worst. And they won’t help you. I gave it 3 months of investments and now deleting. Use Binance or anything else.
