Terrible App
This app doesn’t keep pets active. I’ve removed the inactive check mark several times in this phone and my last one and my pets continue to be placed back into inactive mode. This doesn’t allow me to see records, get reminders, etc. I also requested two appointments yesterday, confirmed them over the phone and they also don’t show up on the app. Every time I login, it’s like the first time.

My dog got excellent care as well as TLC. Good location, very clean, great caregivers. Open evenings and weekends until 10 pm. Someone there all night watching over in patients and surgical patients and available to answer questions over the phone.
