Application will be used for Service call assignment for site maintenance or issue calls, this app will be useful for all sixthEnergy people (TLs & FSEs) to get the issue details in form of tickets. Tickets will be generated by the NOC team after user registration and site assignment, In case of any error please contact NOC team or your immediate boss. Feature list - Site search based on keywords - List tickets based on sites - Ticket status can be updated (Close, Partial complete, suspended, open) (Open status will come by default) - Offline support - Preventative maintenance form, CSR form - Image upload - Location sharing - Site history can be viewed Note:- Please make sure before downloading this app, make sure you have registered your mobile number from NOC, otherwise number not found Error will come up.
