Le faltan apartados como: Electricidad por puntos y TV
Enfoscados interiores y exteriores
Reforma de tejados y terrazas con impermeabilizado
Escayolas
Rejas de hierro, etc
Por lo demás es buena aunque desde mi punto de mira mejorable.
