Im having the same issue.
App lost recording
The app lost recording that was about 11 minutes long that I really need to have this definitely wasn’t operator error I think I deserve a full refund at this point.
Stopped working
Worked GREAT first few months. Then worked sometimes. Now don’t record at all. And I purchased the unlimited recording option. I no longer use it.
Won’t load
I’ve tried numerous times to download the app to my Apple Watch and it will not load!!!

I’ve had several recordings within 3 days but when I go to my app it doesn’t show one. I’ve restarted both my phone and my watch to no avail. This app was working great but then all of a sudden I’m not finding any of my recordings. My niece plays the flute and I record her with this app on my watch but all of sudden I’m having issues. Please help! I love this app.

Never want to be without it! Suggested fix to IPhone 11
After pairing my iPhone 11 with my Apple Watch 4, I noticed when I went to the phone that it showed two watches. I then selected “forget this watch” to the old version. That allowed iReg to now show as a complication. I then selected the watch face and put iReg where I wanted it, but it would not show on the watch face in the iPhone. I then selected that watch face to the watch and it showed up where I wanted it to be. The only place it did not show was on the watch face in setup, it was just a blank spot.

Doesn’t work on watch either on iPhone
Great but needs a few improvements
Perfect app on the watch. On the smartphone, needs sorting function. As recordings pile up, the recording list becomes a mess and the app does not sort them by any criteria, not even by date. They are just scrambled in no logical order, making it very difficult to locate the one you need.

IReg app is a total waste of time. It do not work!!! And for 1.99 in the App Store is a rip off! This app needs to be removed from the App Store no one wants to spend any money on something that just do not work.

Doesn't work right.
The recordings frequently don't show up on your iPhone. They seem to just disappear. At first I thought I must be doing something wrong since some recordings had appeared. But even being very careful and monitoring every step I still have problems with recordings never making it to the phone. It's very frustrating when it was something important.

Works well
I have not had any issues with the app. I think it works well, really well in fact. It's very handy for taking notes on the fly. As one reviewer pointed out, there is an issue with deleting files from your phone which I hope is resloved in a future update. Other than that the app works as advertised.

Restarted, but it just does not do anything
Big red button, press it and you think you’re recording. But that’s it, there’s nothing to be found anywhere. And no web support. And yes, I restarted the watch and the phone, Zip. Nothing.
Reg Nothing at all
Purchased the app 12/28/15, after several hours of trying to get a .99 cents app to work, nothing happened. After turning my Apple Watch off, resetting, nothing. Also, developers, you should learn to spell “cancel,” your spelling on the info section is “cancell”

Good but ..
Good but needs to run in the background. The display of the watch is always on.. Really bad for battery life
Important tips
The folks that are having problems obviously haven't read the reviews where it will tell you to restart both the phone and the watch in order to complete the install..... Sad that the developer has to suffer the low ratings from people who don't do their homework.
Does nothing
Zero stars. Wouldn't even load. Given the misspellings and clumsy grammar, I should have suspected it was junkware. Beware. Apple should look into it.

I found out about this through the App Advice article. At first it didn't work like the person before me wrote in his review, but then I sent a Facebook message to the developer and he responded promptly.
You have to turn off and on both your phone and watch. Once you do this it works just fine. I just tried it during an interview and the sound was great. Would definitely recommend. Although the developer does not speak English, he will promptly respond using an internet translator.
The only issue I'm having so far is deleting the saved audio from the app. Everytime I do this, the deleted recording returns after you re-open the app. I will send a message to the developer after the holiday to find a solution to this, otherwise great app so far.
