The app is disappointing. There are very few repair request options to choose from. I created two work orders, but only the most recent one appears in the app. There's no way to track the status of a work order, and it's unclear whether property maintenance even receives the requests. Overall, the app has too many bugs, lacks essential features, and isn't reliable enough to use.

Lack of states…
I might be jumping the gun but when I called my maintenance number that’s responsible for my apartment this was an option to use by clicking the number 1 button. So I was setting up my account and I noticed there’s only like 6 or 7 states to choose from, you can’t even type one in. This needs to be fixed!
