This product integrates with all Industry Vendor Software Products. iUPCS Inspection Module completely automates the inspection process from scheduling the inspection, taking pictures of damage, providing an estimated REAC Score, creating Work Orders for maintenance staff and updating the PHAS Report. The iPad capabilities and the software design makes performing inspection so easy to navigate and the informational tools including standard definitions and images will increase the possibility of an improved PASS score. Scheduling: Schedules UPCS Inspections and produces notification and finding letters and notices that can be customized. Built-in reminder functionality alerts inspectors when notifications need to be sent or follow-up is necessary for findings and sends reminders/notifications to caseworkers or specialists. Schedule is color-coded based on the status of the inspection, yellow for notified, green for confirmed, red for findings and light green for completed. Inspection: Follows the HUD Physical Assessment Sub System Includes all the HUD Standard definitions for each area for the inspector to review.
