Helps utilities improve response to damage and hazards by getting ‘eyes on the scene’ crowdsourced from and in partnership with first responders.
Great App!
This app really improves response time and the situational awareness it provides from the scene photo reduces outage duration significantly! A must have for public safety!
Disappointment
As a first responder in the most southeastern part of New Hampshire... initially worked really, really well... submitted pictures, locations and pole numbers and case numbers which resulting in timely response from the requested resources. However, as of several incidents attempted to be submitted, within the last two months (Feb & Mar 2020) absolutely unable to submit any emergency issues... without these submittals, response from resources created unnecessarily long response times. If resources dropped this service without telling us subscribed first responders - shame on the app developers as well as the offending resources for not notifying us!!

Hi KrakenADP, Thanks for your encouraging feedback in the near past and notifying issues being faced in the last month. Please note that that reports are submitted synchronously and so when the report are submitted, they will be available on the server. If you have issues in connectivity, then the reports will not be synced with the server. Please ensure that there is internet connectivity when submitting a report. In case the issue still persists, kindly send a screenshot to review_appstore@irestoreapp.com along with the contact details, so that we can check the issue.

Useless
Completely pointless app. Does not change the process of getting national grid on the scene or make them get there any faster. You're merely sending them pictures which will delay there response if they don't think it's worthy of a quick response and we will continue to waste our time and resources.

Good app until last update. Crashes upon opening. Waited for latest IOS update, still same issue. Please fix.

The last update caused the app to stop working on the iPhone. It won't open.
