President/Bum game
I love the tempo of this game. It automatically passes if you can't put any cards down, and fast-forwards through the rest of the game after you finish.
Also nice is the graph you get of what positions you finished in.
Awesome is the ability to customize the rules: Does 8 clear the board? Can 3 of spades beat a single Joker? and much more that I had never heard of.

Finally!
It's nice to see that someone finally made this game for the iPhone. I love playing this game with friends, and having a version to waste time with is excellent.
The translation may be a bit off, but if you've played it before, it's pretty easy to figure out what the options are.
I'd love to have the option to turn off the feature that disables unplayable cards (it's too easy). And the sounds are a little strong. But all in all, a very nice implementation!
