Hopelessly broken

App does not sync reliably between multiple devices so it’s difficult for my husband and I to know how many stars the kids really have. The app also started glitching and adding multiple stars rather than just one. I deleted the app and then re installed it and it won’t let me log into my account. Completely useless.

Buggy

The stars have begun disappearing and showing up on incorrect days when I input them. The user interface is not super straightforward. I wish I’d researched other apps more before paying for this one.

I used to love this app! Huge problem!

So this app was everything that I could dream of. I bought it for multiple devices and my kids loved it! It changed the way things worked in my house. However on my iPad it won’t sync. The last sync it had was May 2020! I have tried the password reset many many times but it never sends an email! I have emailed support and gotten no response and begged for help through reviews! PLEASE HELP!

If bugs fixed, a good app

1. Sunday, Nov. 1 is followed by Monday, Nov. 1. All future dates are incorrect.
2. The stars disappear and shift after leaving the previous week screen. Eg. Saturday stars seemed to move to Friday. Clicking on stars again would add stars to invisible stars, so trying to make the days look correct are just adding extra stars to the weeks count... then will just move or disappear anyway. deleting to zero would not correct it permanently.

Devs, good luck, it seems like a nice app otherwise.

I love this app

I have 4 kids and I am not an organized kinda person. I tried many other apps like this and to be honest I love this app better than the others

FAQ

What does iRewardChart do?

iRewardChart is a parental tool designed to motivate children by rewarding them for good behavior and completing tasks. It allows parents to easily set up tasks, track progress on a weekly chart, and offer both pre-defined and custom rewards.

What are the key features of iRewardChart?

Key features include the ability to type in a child's name, select tasks from suggestions, reward accomplishments with a tap, set custom rewards like pocket money or TV time, and establish abstract goals for virtues like patience. It also offers backup and sync services.

Is iRewardChart free to use?

Yes, iRewardChart offers a full-featured free version. However, this free version has limitations, supporting a maximum of one child and four tasks per week. For unlimited children and tasks, a premium in-app purchase is available.

What devices is iRewardChart compatible with?

The description mentions a backup and sync service that uses Dropbox, allowing parents and children to share their chart across devices. While specific operating systems aren't listed, this implies compatibility with devices that can run the app and connect to Dropbox.

How can iRewardChart be used to teach children virtues?

Beyond specific chores, iRewardChart allows parents to set up abstract goals such as 'Patience' or 'Sharing With Others'. By rewarding progress towards these abstract goals, parents can effectively teach and reinforce desired virtues in their children.
