Great – minor improvements welcome though!
An overall great app, that being said it is not without faults. The connection system can be a bit buggy at times when not using the default connection, but otherwise once connected works fine. My most wanted feature is keyboard shortcuts analogous to those in ETCnomad, which would considerably speed up many operations. Looking forward to seeing where it goes!

Tolle Funktionen, miserable Akkuoptimierung
Ich kann die komplette ETC-Konsole steuern, was toll ist. Leider ist mein iPhone 15 Pro Akku nach einem halben Arbeitstag leer und ich kann nicht weiter arbeiten. Sehr frustrierend.

L’application est parfaite, répond à beaucoup de besoins.
Les différentes catégories sont logiques et bien ordonnées.
Il manque peut être deux fonctionnalités pour la rendre extrêmement puissante :
- pouvoir afficher ses Custom Directs Sélect ( l’ergonomie tactile de l’iPad s’y prête à merveille ! Et cela nous éviterait de jongler entre plusieurs pages de Direct Select.)
- pouvoir afficher ses magic sheet ( cela rendrait l’application surpuissante et offrirait un potentiel infini de programmation de magic sheet optimisées pour tablettes et téléphones). 🙏🙏🙏 pitié pensez-y ! 🙏🙏🙏😇

Very useful, not quite perfect
As a tool for testing lighting fixtures and checking lighting states from stage or away from the console, this app is excellent. Theoretically it could be used to operate a cue based show from anywhere onstage or in the auditorium. Even programming a show is possible, but incredibly time consuming compared to a physical console.
My biggest issue so far has been the lack of magic sheets. The layout of the app is fine and its functions are very useful, but there are no magic sheets and palette menus. I use magic sheets a lot, when testing fixtures before a show or when tweaking a state after rehearsals, I can simply select groups, macros or channels and have control straight away without needing a physical LX plan in front of me. Having the various palettes as a tab and having a live magic sheet tab, I don’t think I could fault this app at all.

Rotation bug
Whenever I turn my phone into landscape the app completely freezes up and doesn’t respond.
Better but needs work
Connects immediately now which is great.
The ML controls are nice.
The direct selects should be able to configure where more than one type is displayed at once.
The current layout is inefficient.
Most importantly I don’t see any way to label. This is very important to me.

Os botões de faders poderiam ser maiores
O aplicativo funciona muito bem nas mesas ETC ION.
Vale a pena a compra, facilita o trabalho do técnico.
Principalmente quando se está no palco ou plateia
O único porém são os controles dos faders que poderiam ser um pouco mais largo para facilitar a operação.

Idéal pour le theatre où il est difficile de faire acheter une télécommande tellement pratique pour envoyer du plateau ou d'une passerelle un projecteur, un groupe ou une memoire.
Idéal avec des machines en gros festival pour rappeler ces palettes du plateau, vérifier le focus d' un gobo...
Cette application reprend toutes les fonctions de la RFR avec en plus le nom des fonctions sur les touches.
Attention, il faut ajouter à son installation une borne wifi, configurer l'iPhone en IP fixe.

Please update app, so that it's compatible with iPhone 6 and up along with iOS 10 and up. This would be a great help.
A real struggle to set up the connection
I always struggle to set up the connection between desk and this app.
The online documentation is shocking and poorly documented.
Last time in a venue I tried to set up the connection several times, and never managed to get it going.
Then 2 other board operators tried as well, with no luck either.
I have used it in three different productions, I managed to get it working only twice, after spending a lot of time on it.
A step by step, clear and comprehensive documentation would be highly appreciated.
This app isn't cheap, and hiring an ETC desk isn't cheap either.
At the moment this app is useless.

Desperately needs an update!
Been using etc products for many years. Disappointed with this app.
Lack of Updates by ETC
For £35 it's a bit disappointing that it doesn't support iPhone 6 ( doesn't use full screen and keeps crashing ) also could do with a bit of an overhaul overall - looks very dated next to some competitors offerings, especially on iPad. Has the potential to be wonderful but ultimately using AirDisplay is cheaper and more powerful for many tasks.
The above negatives aside its still a very useful app. But it has the chance to be a great one !

I paid for this?
I bought this app over a year ago, and NEVER got it to work with wifi and the Ion.
Tried everything.
Now a year later, I see it on my phone, and realized I dumped $49 on it to never even see a single fixture change intensity.
Will try again tomorrow, if it works I’ll up the stars

Need to update for iOS 7
Having some strong stability issues in communication with the Element console since upgrading to iOS 7! Other than that it's always been an amazing app, and well worth the $50!!
Amazing app but .....
App keeps crashing with iOS 6 sad times as have to walk up 3 flights of stairs if it fails
What it needs
This app is great but it needs a view of channels when your in play back and cue list so that it makes it easy to during a plotting session

An extremely useful product for any networked ETC house, well worth the money. Unfortunately it is far too closely based on the original RFR. This app has so much more potential. Why mimic the layout, controls and physical appearance of the RFR? When will we see the next generation with an easier to use control screen? Ability to update presets from stage? Further ML controls such as the ability to strike lamps etc?
