About

NOTE: Current version *ONLY* supports Tuya/Smart Life devices. We are a team of developers that are building what we envision to be the most user friendly home management app. Join us and assist us by providing your valuable feedback for our app. Meet IRIS, the Integrated Residential Intelligent System. IRIS is a home management assistant designed to help you maintain and operate your home with less effort. It brings structure and logic to how a home works by coordinating smart devices, automations, and home-related services into one coherent system. IRIS allows you to manage your connected devices and home systems from a single place, giving you a clear view of what is happening in your home at any time. By using logic-driven automations, IRIS helps your home behave predictably and adapt to how it is used, reducing the need for constant manual control.

What's New in Iris

2.3

August 3, 2026

Iris voice assistant improvement • A better conversationalist. Iris now follows a conversation across turns, answers questions about your home instead of giving up on them, and keeps straight who it is and who you are. • Fewer wrong devices. Iris no longer acts on a device you didn't name, and a question about a device is answered rather than carried out. When two names are close it asks which one you meant, and it checks with you first before anything involving a lock or a whole group of devices — decided by what the device can actually do, not by what it's called. • Faster. Replies come back in seconds rather than tens of seconds, most device commands run instantly with no thinking step, and the mic is live the moment you open Iris instead of after it finishes getting ready.
