VoiceGPT: A Creepy, Wallet-Greedy Stalker App! This wretched app’s is a digital dumpster fire! Ad promised a “free” AI buddy for my Apple Watch—sweet, right? Nope! Three-day trial, then bam, $4.99 a month to keep it. I call out Iris, the app’s dimwitted AI, and she’s like, “I’m free, I’m part of the Apple Watch!” Bull, Iris, you’re a money-grubbing liar! I ask about changing her voice, and she’s all, “Go to Siri settings on your phone.” Harpy, you’re not Siri! Why the heck can’t I tweak you on the Watch? Oh, and to talk to this trainwreck, I gotta press two fingers on the Watch face like I’m summoning a demon. But get this: I wasn’t even touching the haggard thing, just checking the time, and the microphone’s ON, glowing like it’s recording my every fart and curse. This app’s a nosy, overpriced scam that eavesdrops worse than my nosy neighbor. Deleted it faster than you can say “screw this noise!” Avoid this shady garbage unless you want your wallet drained and your life spied on!

Honestly the best AI app for the Apple Watch.
This app is tremendously simple yet has some features that are like no other. For one, it’s an Apple Watch only app. The others rely on you having your iPhone nearby. This one works on its own whether you are connected to an iPhone, wifi, or cellular which is awesome when my phone is dead or I just need to detox from it. Secondly, voice input works with this app which is hard to find on the other watch AI apps. Even speaks back to you directly from the watch speaker. Just way easier to speak conversationally rather than typing on the tiny keyboard. Lastly it’s super fast and tremendously responsive. I’ve yet to see any other app come close to its performance.
What I would like to see however is the ability to use the app directly from the complication. Don’t know if that is possible but it would be cool rather than opening the app completely every time I have a quick question. Other than that, it’s a little loud when I’m using it through my AirPods. Would be nice to have the option to change the preferred set volume levels. And even change the voice if it wouldn’t bog down the app too much.
Either way thanks for such a dope app!

No form of contact
I like this app, it does what I want it to do, for the most part. What it does do which I don’t want it to do, is drain my watch battery in the background if I do not force close after each use and prevents me invoking Siri using voice commands. Could you please fix this as I am paying the subscription. It appears there is no easy way to make contact with you, you seem to lack an online presence, unless I’m missing something. Thanks.

I bought the app for a one-time fee, and it worked for a while. Then the developers put an expensive monthly subscription and locked all the features without grandfathering in my original purchase. Scammy. Request a refund people.

I purchased this app for a flat fee with no advertised in-app purchases and now it is asking me to pay a monthly subscription fee. Where is the functionality that I have paid for?

Great gpt client
it has everything i need. its quick and to the point. i only wish i could mute the app itself without muting the whole watch. I also wish I could export the apps notes without having to use a subscription based app. Luckily it looks like it only costs if i want to sync apple note back to the watch. export from watch to iphone is free as it should be, though I dont see why this app cant export to anything besides the mail app but I digress. hoping i can mute this app only as the chime is annoying but i cant turn off my sounds globally

This is a quantum leap forward
I've been using ChatGPT on my Apple Watch in one form or another from the very early days of any method to do it. I use some really good apps like Petey which is absolutely fine. I used shortcuts to create ways to use ChatGPT on my Apple Watch but this app is in a whole different league. Honestly it's astonishing. It returns results so fast that sometimes I have to check to make sure it's not just showing me the previous result. It understands exactly what I'm saying. I assume they must be using whisper in the background because I don't have any of the kind of problems I usually have with Apple dictation. I love this app. It is brilliant. If you want ChatGPT on your Apple Watch this is the app to get.
