Works Great!

Why doesn’t it cost free?

Like, why do I need a free trial like it’s not even that serious like why does it even cost money???

Best app

Perfect tool for rock pickers

Yes!!!

I love this app

Not consistent or accurate.

We scanned the same rock several times and received a different response each time

Waste of money

Can you please just make it free?

Not a 4 star App.

Though its current configuration is very convenient and EASY to use, the details of being a good app are lost. Customers support (email only) is non existent. Migrating portfolios to new iPhone resulted in lost portfolios. This app space seems to be open to a professional development team. I can’t wait to try others. I would like my money back.

Mistakes…

I am a geologist. Your app was shown to me by one of my students. I scanned a very fine fire agate that I own and the app mistakenly identified it as ammolite. Other than color similarities there is a huge difference between one and the other. This app is not exact enough to be reliable for student use and not useful at all for a professional.

Needs to allow user input

Wish I could input additional o information for a more correct decision.

Free trial is useless

What is the point of a free trial if you limit the usage? Why would I want to subscribe to your app if I can’t even try it out properly.

Do not recommend

Taking only ONE image to identify a rock is misleading and provides false information. Tested it by taking an image of the other side and got a completely different result. Tested on multiple rocks with the same result. And the questions asked at the beginning do not allow you to select multiple answers so it’s not tailored to your preferences. Any rock identifier has to allow for at LEAST two images so you can supply different angles. Poor design; glad it was a free trial cause I cancelled within the first 10 minutes. Don’t bother. Google AI does a much better job and it’s FREE!

Useable. No hidden agenda.

I’m truly impressed with the honesty and integrity of this app.
