No contract, stolen info, the whole nine. Wish I never even gave them a thought.

I’ve tried to log in on the app, reset my password and log in online. Nothing works so they’ve lost me as a potential customer. I’m tired of trying to chase this stupid app around. Maybe they need humans instead of this 100% online bs.

I have tried to log in to your tool and I’ve even paid for services and it’s not allowing me to get reset. I follow all of the prompts and it’s not sending me an email. I’ve had someone reach out to me and it still has not been resolved.
Not working
Doesn’t give the option to create an account and password reset is not working.

So I’ve been locked out of my gym membership and the gym for three days now because the app logged me out and now the password reset is not working yes I checked my spam box. I have called the gym and wrote multiple emails about this.
