lowkey the best gym ive gone to. easiest sign up process, so easy to cancel since there isnt any contracts, and its 24 hrs. 10/10 would recommend

App doesn’t work to create a profile so you can sign up and actually go to the gym call the number for my gym location get no answer or response I don’t know how I business is ran off something like this terrible experience

Sign up is very buggy
Was so excited to see a new location so close to home! Got the app right away… I’ve tried signing up over a dozen times now. Found out you can’t hit the next button when you enter email without a bug sending you to an empty screen- only hit enter from the keyboard. Same empty screen issue when I tried to add a photo, or when I skip the photo and try to submit the form… so…? Guess I’m not signing up. Their website just tells you to download the app. Hope y’all figure this out. (iPhone 15 pro max)

App will not work
App will not load anything passed the first page. I entered my email and it just shows a blank screen.
Lock issues
I was able to sign up when my location first opened. Since the. I have had multiple lock issues where the lock doesn’t show up. It’s 3am what am I supposed to do now that I am up. I logged out of the app thinking logging out and logging back in would work. Well that was a mistake. I tried logging back in and it’s having me go through the entire sign up process. I go through it all just to give me an error.

I just want to go to the gym. Can’t use app therefore can’t sign up to go to gym. Been waiting for 2 months.
Simplest sign up process ever
i’m not sure why there’s so many reviews of people saying the sign-up/app is not working because it took me a good three minutes to sign up with no issues whatsoever and I can now access the gym. It was that easy. I felt obligated to write a review because of how great the experience was and how misleading it would be to listen to those reviews and not get this awesome opportunity for this new gym so I’m excited so yeah definitely download the app because it’s perfectly fine and works great

Waste
Wasted my time 30 minutes just for it to try forcing me into a membership rather than a day pass first.
Blank screen useless
I have tried signing up, app get to my email then a blank screen….nothing. Reached out to customer support and no response. Signed up via my computer and thought maybe my app needed to be near the location….still nothing. What a waste. No app, no gym.
Horrible App
The app has asked me more then 10 times to sign in and verify my account. After I verify the account it starts over and asks for verification again. This is not user friendly nor is the support service.

Don’t waste your time, I just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to sign up for a two week trial at my local gym just to get to the credit card step and to receive multiple errors saying contact support. When you go and create a ticket, you have to type your name and email and phone number which should in my opinion be automatically auto filled because you know I’m logged into the app. It should have my basic information already prefilled. But that’s not the worst of it, create a ticket and submit the ticket only to see what you wrote, be deleted and have no confirmation that the ticket was submitted. So you go and look up the phone number on Google maps and call the phone number and be sent to voicemail only to never be heard from.

Premium price for not premium service is the the bottom line. Basically and apartment duplex gym, horrible support if they ever get in contact with you.

Very clean, easy to use app
Great gym
Always clean, great place to work out without the hassle of upsells and contracts. The app has been improving a lot since I first started working out there. Really can’t wait to see what they do with it in the future.
