What's New in Iron Auditor

1.7.0

November 3, 2026

New in 1.7: Export for AI — turn a finished workout, or your last 8 weeks of training, into plain text for an AI assistant or any other app. Open it from a workout’s More menu in History, from the summary after a workout, or from Training summary at the bottom of Stats. A preview shows exactly what will be shared, notes are never included, and nothing leaves your phone until you pick an app in the share sheet. A redesigned tab bar with new line icons; the active tab is highlighted around its icon. Also in this release: The plan editor now asks before discarding unsaved changes. Numbers, weekdays, units and Stats periods follow the app language instead of the phone’s. Headers, tabs and rows stay readable at larger text sizes. Sets read weight × reps everywhere, timed sets with added weight keep that weight in summaries, and the post-workout summary lists each muscle once. Back from the post-workout summary returns to the screen you started the workout from. A set with fewer reps at the same weight after a high-rep set is no longer counted as an estimated 1RM record. When an exercise switches between reps + weight and timed sets, its Stats chart follows the latest workout.
