DROPSETS Extend a set by dropping the weight and going again. The chain counts as one working set, so your weekly totals stay honest while the extra volume still shows up in your tonnage. SUPERSETS Pair any two exercises in a session — not just the one you added last. Add a third to an existing pair whenever you want. SMARTER EXERCISE SEARCH Finds what you meant. "benh pres", "ohp" and "rdl" all work, and the exercises you actually train rank first. Recent exercises are one tap away. LAST TIME, AT A GLANCE Every exercise shows what you lifted last session. Tap a set to load that weight. READY TO PROGRESS Progress now tells you which lifts have earned more weight, based on whether you cleared the top of your rep range on every working set — not just your best one. NEW EXERCISE? START SOMEWHERE SENSIBLE Try something you've never logged and you'll see your own comparable lifts alongside a suggested starting range, so you're not guessing at the rack. SESSION SUMMARY Close out a workout and see duration, sets, reps, total load moved and any records you set. WEEKLY VOLUME A new volume chart, plus sets per muscle group with a 10–20 set reference band so under-trained areas are obvious at a glance. SESSION NOTES One free-form note per workout, there from the moment you start.
