Possible fix for app
I know what the bad reviews are talking about I might’ve found a fix for some of you guys, try logging in and out and your QR code will appear, or delete that app and redownload a time or two. If that doesn’t work lastly try entering the version of your email that doesn’t have “.,?!$&…”. If you have a comma/period in between your name or something of the sort that should fix it because sometimes the system has the version of your email that doesn’t have signs or symbols in it.

This app is terrible and the free trial membership is a scam, where is the 50$ cancellation fee stated anywhere??? Don’t Sign up for the free month trial they have a 50$ cancellation fee scam.

Fix the app or you lose a customer this is the worst thing I’ve ever tried to use
App review, not the gym.
The app is awful. The old app was way better in ui understandability and in functionality. I was a year long iron heaven member before switching gyms for the school year. Coming back to it, it’s impossible to do anything. The app pulls up a blank white screen EVERY time I open it. I have had to redownload it 5 times just to get back to the payment screen for my membership. It makes me not even want to use the gym considering how effortlessly everything was previously. A physical desk person is better than this.
