What's New in Iron Pulse

1.0.6

December 14, 2025

Hotfix Update Notes (v1.0.6) Pushed a small update focused on refining the Workout Reminder system for greater flexibility and reliability, alongside some crucial user experience improvements. New Features & Enhancements Workout Reminders Toggle Clarity: The workout reminder toggle has been renamed for improved understanding of its function. Delay Options: Added new delay options for starting a workout reminder: 2, 3, 5, and 10 minutes. This allows for more personalized timing before the reminder is issued. In-Routine Status: A new banner within the routine now displays the current reminder status and timing, offering clear visibility while you work out. Reminders still respect the main toggle and previous cancellation logic. Reminder Scheduling Date-Based Triggering: Reminder scheduling now utilizes the selected delay and a more robust, date-based trigger for improved accuracy. Clean Cancellation: Ending a routine now immediately clears any scheduled reminders, preventing any accidental or stray notifications post-workout. Stability & UX Notification Permissions Startup Helper: If notification permissions are initially denied, the startup helper now displays an "Open Settings" option, directing you quickly to the system settings to grant access. Advanced Settings UI Clearer Timing UI: The UI for setting reminder timing in Advanced Settings has been made clearer and now includes a helpful tip to ensure users know they must also allow notifications in system settings for the feature to function.

Pretty good

I started using this a week ago, theres no pop up ads and no paywalls and hidden fees. It’s honestly so easy to use aswell. I recommend.

Amazing app

Just downloaded the app and it’s already very welcoming and user friendly. I was able to instantly add all my exercises for my workouts. I was even able to add my own exercises that were not seen (something you can’t with other apps). Overall very helpful and I’ve been able to track my workout and seeing my progress!
