• Lock screen / Dynamic Island now shows your live workout — elapsed time, current exercise, rest countdown, and a "Skip Rest" button you can tap right from the Island or lock screen. • Program builder lets you pick rest days — a new step where you choose which days off you want; the app fills in your training days around them. • Programs now show actual weekdays ("Mon", "Tue"…) instead of "Day 1, Day 2" in the program editor and My Routines list. • Manual program editor reworked — assign a routine to each weekday directly, mark days as rest, and create a brand-new routine on the spot without leaving the picker. • Named training phases (e.g. On-Ramp, Accumulation, Deload) — programs can be split into phases, shown in the program list ("Active · Week 3 of 12 · Accumulation"). • New celebration screen pops up after you finish the last workout in a week or phase, with a trophy/star animation and stats. • Occasional App Store review prompt after your 3rd, 10th, and 25th logged workout. • Progressive overload hint is now tappable — opens a detail screen explaining why it's recommending that weight/rep target instead of just a one-line hint. • New "List Mode" toggle during a workout — switch between the guided one-exercise-at-a-time view and a flat scrolling list. • "Finish Anyway" option added when trying to finish an empty workout (previously only Discard/Cancel). • Watch app: the "Finish Set" button moved above the exercise info instead of below it.
