More gold / gold capacity
The game is addicting, although this is one of my first card games, it would be great to have more gold or have the gold limit extended, earning gold limited to one coffer a day is not enough to build up your characters without paying. Other than that the game is amazing.

I never write reviews, but most of these positive reviews you see are from Eternium players being extremely nice to a game that Eternium ask them to play, and of course be nice to since they create their game in the same office space. The huge lot of bonus gifts and other bonuses to play and rate this game, are also huge factors into the reviews. I have never been more frustrated playing a game. I play games to relax and have fun in the limited down time I have, not to stress or get irritated which is counter intuitive. Read all the reviews carefully before you decide to dedicate time and money into it. For the Eternium players, stay there and play the best game of all time!!!

Potential but not worth the time
Buggy, laggy and overall annoying. Game likes to lock up when a battle finishes which is aggravating. Strategy has questionable value when AI on medium+ difficulty pulls incredible cards while you pull cards that have little or no value. Since AI battles appear to be the main source of f2p rewards, this is just a thinly disguised paywall. Overall don’t waste your time unless you’ve been telling yourself you need more frustration in your life. EDIT: Decided to give this another shot. Still bad. This isn’t a CCG, you are limited to the same few class based cards everyone gets. You win or lose based on random luck of the draw, if you get good cards and your opponent does not you will almost always win. Since there are only 10 or so different cards for each class skill isn’t really a factor.

I recommend this
Ironbound is an extremely fun, balanced, addicting, well-made game. I wish there was more of a social component to the game - that is, adding friends to spar with, guilds, etc. Also the game is hopefully not completely dead... as the season was supposed to end in February and it is now almost April. I find myself playing everyday and I hope the devs haven’t given up on it yet. Thanks for making this incredible game.

Needs Major Improvements
Good be a great game but is lacking multiple things, a few more classes could help. Needs bugs fixed on many tabs and situations. The major thing is the pay to win and ridiculous grinding needed to get a fair amount of items just to be competitive in online play. Item creation and deck editing needs to be added to improve.

It would be great if the game didn’t take over the device audio - i’d like to be able to listen to music or podcasts while I play
Didn’t think I’d like it but kinda do
Like others, I found this game through Eternium. I found I enjoy playing it, but it’s frustrating when I am actively playing items or attempting to attack and my turn ends... then when it’s my next turn, that immediately ends w/o me doing or clicking anything.... at least My assassin went into Stealth for my third turn. This happened multiple times in my last round. Is this a bug?

Solid game.
I came for the cape in Eternium stayed for the gameplay. Just make sure you’re mastering practice mode and searching up some tutorials before you play ranked.
Luck based game. Pay for builds.
This game is 99% based on luck. I have won and lost a lot of games that I shouldn’t have. If you want to spend money on the good items or play the game for hours on end, your chances of winning severely increase. I’ve played the same person back to back and either shut them out or been shut out. The randomization of this game is awful. The player base is low seemingly because the build design is horrendous. If you want to play multiple characters, you either spend money or never stop playing in order to earn the gold. I love strategy/turn based games. This game gave me a lot of hope in the beginning but the endgame really shows just how terrible it is. I really enjoyed focusing on making a build, however, you will hardly have enough gold to play multiple. 1 star for time wasted and hopes diminished. Btw, 100g a win without paying, seriously? That was my first hint at a terrible game.

Glitchy!
I literally just started this game after being sent from Eternium. I was playing the first tutorial for the Berserker class. I did my first attack and was then prompted to end my turn. I clicked on the end turn button multiple times, but nothing happened. I clicked to report a bug, and on that screen it showed that I had ended my turn. So I’m unclear what I was supposed to have done differently. If you can fix this issue, I would be willing to try the game again.

Great turn base game
Different type of turn base game that strategy rather then rpg. Great game different feel. Love how they set it up, it’s really balances too.
Good game but some issues
The game is fun but there is this bug where the game will freeze up and you can’t do anything. The bug has happened multiple times and is very frustrating especially in multiplayer matches when you have been playing a match for 10 minutes and are forced the close the app.
Great game
Lots of fun, every game is different. There are so many combinations of characters and strategies it keeps the game interesting for a long time.
Slow to start, but great
Nice game. Played for Eternium rewards but ended up loving it. Starts kind of slow but once you start upgrading your characters it’s solid.
Practice Mode hangs
I’ve only played in practice mode so far. Any time I get an incoming call the game locks up and I have to start a new game. Very frustrating!!!
Great start, terrible finish...
No realism in whatever crap algorithm they use for figuring out percentages. My opponents will have a chance to critical hit 10% or will have a special effect that has a 10-15% chance to trigger when they critical hit....however, the reality is that these critical hits and weapon effects happen 80-90% of the times...whereas a token that causes your opponents to miss 50% of their attacks or the assassin’s 20% hide ability, when used in a turn, continually fail to cause an attack to miss consistently. Game after game of seeing this garbage gets frustrating. As a table top gamer who has rolled numerous amounts of dice it, is easy to spot a terribly flawed calculating system, or maybe it is just that they are flat out lying about the numbers listed. Either way I’m over it.
