Downloading an app just order online is over-complicating what should be a much simpler task. After clicking through multiple screens, downloading the app, I finally found out the cafe is closed today. Reducing the number hoops potential customers need to go through would create a smoother customer experience. I understand switching to more mobile ordering due to Covid has been a challenge for small businesses, but streamlining the ordering process is helpful for customers and potentially for business owners as well.
