The Analytics tab is rebuilt. Every number on it now comes from one place: the sets you ticked. THE OVERVIEW A verdict on your four focus lifts against four weeks ago, with the rule it used printed underneath. When it has nothing to compare, it says so rather than guess. This week's tonnage, counted sets and sessions against last week, and the share each lift took. Twelve weeks of consistency at a glance. A day you trained twice reads brighter than a day you trained once, and a week counts toward your streak at two sessions. DIG IN Lift trend: estimated 1RM with a gold ring on a new peak, tonnage against average RPE, your last five top sets, and reps at the weight you use most. Read it over eight weeks, three months, a year, everything, or this cycle against the last. Every lift carries a flag, improving, stalling, rebuilding or holding, and prints the numbers behind it. No effort scores, no coaching claims. Cycle comparison: this run of a program against the last one, week for week. Records: rep maxes at 1, 3, 5, 8 and 10 reps against what Epley projects, and a feed of every record you have set, newest first. Exercise browse: everything you have logged, by last performed, with a sparkline of recent peaks and search that groups by base name. ALSO IN THIS VERSION Focus lifts are chosen in one place now, on Analytics, and Profile > Benchmarks displays that list. A history start date frames the charts as well as filtering them, so hidden weeks never look like rest weeks. Changing units relabels the display. Numbers already logged keep the unit they were lifted in. On a movement in the logger, HISTORY opens that lift's trend. Still free, still no ads, still no subscription.
