Irritating
Every time I left the app & went back in, even if only for a few seconds, the app would reload completely & not pick up where I left off. Then on the tracking map it also wouldn’t remember my athlete so I would have to search for them again before I could track them. I missed seeing my athlete cross the finish line because of it.

App is useless compared to the website
Opening the tracking page doesn’t show “followed” athletes unless you go to another page first.
Heaps of splits missing.
More info, better graphs, better maps available on the event website.
Finish line is a YouTube stream so app is compeletely pointless.

Shine for us remote
Following half marathon sending energetic vibes to the 3 girls I know participating this yr. As a mum, new to this app world, but I find it amazing! Amazing that someone brilliant thought to develop it to keep me in touch, extra amazing that our younger gen commit with such guttso both doing n supporting, super amazing that I working out how to ‘follow’. Job well done to all of us for making this world a more amazing place to be in !
