WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED They have my shoes and slippers for about 2 month now. For weeks they don’t reply. Then however my call gets connected then they say your shoe is damaged. Then now they have stopped responding, not picking the calls. And the shoes that I received after almost 2 months THEY WERE DAMAGED AND NOW NO ANSWERS TO THE MAILS

Fraud and Scammers. Worst & Criminals
I have given my 20 clothes which are costly in Oct 2025 order Id IR02-00526. TAT was 1 week but didn’t get my clothes till date. They lost my clothes and didn’t taken actions and avoided my calls and messages. They are full of scammers and mis use clothes. Plead be careful and avoid such criminals.

First service become last worst service
I have booked for two orders first was clothing & 2nd was shows cleaning. Clothes delivered but delayed. For shoes they took almost 7-8 days to deliver. Worst customer support they say, they were on leaves so didn’t answered wow. There customer support abuse & threaten also for payment recovery on any dispute & misunderstanding. Rather than clearing doubts they threaten. This was my first & last service i took.
Guyz make sure whenever you take service you will also have to face the same.

Attentend Person on call have quoted some different pricing when the clothes got picked up pricing changed drastically worst experience ever please don’t go with the services

Totally a fraud company I have given them my cloths last month now they are not even responding properly
Consistently delayed deliveries
Guys pls dont be fooled by the 2-3 day delivery promise. My order placed on 8th march is yet to be delivered as on 22nd march. The last time delivery was after 1 week by making frequent phone calls. i have been told now to go and collect from their centre in Janak puri. Apprantly it is no longer free drop facility. Totally unprofessional set up.

I am a regular user of Iron Out services. Believe me their services from pick up to delivery at home makes life so easy going at NO EXTRA COST.
Iron Out is very reasonable and much easy in pocket when compared to local nearby dry cleaners.
The clothes are nicely dry cleaned , wrapped(hangers whenever required) and delivery with a smile.
Being App based it’s really hassle free and easy to use.
It’s a value for money and I refer everyone my family and friends.
Overall 10/10 😃

They don’t adhere to timelines - wouldn’t recommend.
Given the good ratings on iOS, I tried this service, but they weren’t too punctual about the delivery. They promised a date for my delivery, but (i) did not keep it and (ii) did not even bother to call me and inform me of the delay. Don’t think they do care about customers as such. The store manager acted all friendly when churning up an invoice, but after that, disappeared and didn’t call again.
