Trying to buy equipment, such as a skid steer, make a bid, hours and days before the auction starts, then when somone makes a $500 higher bid, they immediately sell it, minutes later. Yet, it’s hours before the auction is over and you have no chance to counter bid.

Search function doesn’t work, just sits there and thinks forever. Everything is slow.
It’s difficult to sort searched by location. I have been just waiting hoping one day they would fix it but they haven’t. I think the search quit working 4 years ago.

App is outdated
Every time I get on the app to check auctions watchlist or try and search for an item I just get the circle of death.
User friendly app would make big change
The app is very bad, and I dot think you understand what good app would change the game for your business. You really need to improve it and you will see huge change that will make for you !

Deleted this app within 5 min of trying to navigate it. Love the website, but the app needs a complete tear down and reboot.

Absolutely terrible when trying to bid on items or search for items. Been this way for years..

Pueden mejorar mucho, el app es terrible, ganáis bastante dinero para invertir en una aplicación q sea realmente funcional, intuitiva y q la experiencia de usuario se agradable, como empresa en la parte de subastas no tengo quejas por el contrario, lo único que puedo señalar es el 10% extra de comisión es un poco alto.
