Doesn’t work
Tried to use it to visualize my house before getting new shingles, but got hung up in a bunch of login problems.

App needs work still. Kicks me out when trying to edit takeoffs on site. Doesn’t have any clear pics of houses outside of big towns up north.

It says it’s free but you have to pay $128 a month yeah no thank you.

What a joke even after people have been complaining for years they still can’t fix the biggest issue

Love it
This is the best tool for measuring roofs - we do send out the salesman to get an actual measurement and present our proposal - but measurements from Iroofing are instrumental in confirming our Sq and makes it easy for the girls in the office to order materials. HIGHLY RECOMMEND- IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD

100 pound a month is super expensive. Would love to try it out tho but there’s no free trial...looks excellent in the promo video
Too many updates
The app does not give you the option to deny the update. When there is an update the app is disabled until you download the update. It does not allow you to use the app as is. When I open the app it is because I need to measure a roof. The last thing I want to do when I need to get a roof measured is downloading an update.

Absolutely amazing!!!!
Not 9nly is the software very user friendly (even for our less tech savvy employees) but the service team is on point! Never once has it taken more than a couple seconds to talk to a real person but it seems that their training is very thorough. Steve Gardner has been a great resource and Richard is also a great guy for complex issues. We have needed much help as we have several reps and are trying to upload contacts so we can fully utilize the program. These guys rock and the best part is that everything is unlimited! Unlimited training, unlimited measurements and unlimited contacts. This has given the guys an extra edge in the field and also saved sooooo much money on eagle views. Thanks to the entire team

Oscar did a fantastic job guiding me through some issues I had. They answered the phone immediately with no waiting. I learned how to fix the problem as well instead of just having it fixed. Kind of like that saying, give a man a fish he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish he eats for the rest of his life.

Great app and great support
I have been using the app for the past 3 weeks and have had 3 training sessions. I feel very comfortable using the app and it saves me time having the roofs pre measured before I go to meet the homeowners. Much appreciation to Oscar for the training.

Great software, amazing staff
I’m a property field adjuster and I inspect 40 plus homes per month. iRoofing give me the flexibility to sketch my next project days before my inspection. Not to mention the staff is great, Oscar & Chris take time to train me, both instructors were very pleasant and easy to understand.

Awesome
I’d recommend this app to anyone in the roofing or siding industry, while the app is geared more towards roofing, there are a lot of great features for both, from the easy entry of the customer data base to catalogs pics and other.
I just had a training session with Oscar which was awesome by the way, Oscar spent over an hour with me one on one and taught me a lot, I liked the app prior to the training I just had, now I love it.
