Booty. Literally never works when I need it to work

iOS 16

Still not working with iOS 16 even after update today. Sometimes it gets to login screen sometimes it doesn’t. At log in screen it stays up for 3 seconds and then closes but a few times it let me try linking to account it would tell me wrong ID. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling several times while restarting phone each time - still won’t work. A banking app that doesn’t work is useless.
