Worst EV app and signup ever
I have a dozen apps, this was by far the worst one I have seen. Terrible user interface, very expensive per minute charging at the location I used first (Irving Big Stop Aulac). Still doing prepaid - only option is full manual signup. Everyone should support one-click signup with Google etc.

Disjointed Setup process.
Now when I go to an Irving, there’s 3 charger options with 3 different payment apps. Setting this app up the 1st time was tedious. They asked for my credit card number (like Flo does) but I still had to use my card. The problem is that the LCD screen says “See Terminal for Instructions” looking down at the payment terminal most of that tiny screen is a QR code. This process wasn’t thought through from a “User First” perspective. It’s clunky and unintuitive. The app is as bad or worse than competitors (PetroCan, Tesla, Flo, etc). Infuriating charging process.

App not usable
Unable to set up payment info rendering app useless. Hope this is addressed in the near future.
Can not set up payment
Download app, set up new account, proceed to set up payment and spinning wheel forever that never loads. Here we are, looking like idiots, roadside at a charger with no way to pay. Just garbage. It’s almost like an oil doesn’t want EVs to be easy to use.
Needs improvements
I have been waiting months for these chargers to be activated. My first attempt with the App was not successful at all. The App is not very intuitive and it does not have a tap function even though the chargers indicate you should be able to tap. Support was very responsive and after being sent the instructions on how to use the App, my second attempt was successful. The App needs some improvements in order to match other EV charging companies for ease of use.
