Good app... needs a fix
I’d give it 5 stars but the help link still doesn’t work. I used to be able to change the names of the files, now it doesn’t seem to work anymore.
Need more instruction
I read the instruction manual, but no where in there did it tell you how to transfer files such as iBook files. I transferred my photos and contacts without a problem, but it is the other files on my iPad Air that I need to transfer. Anybody have any suggestions?
Works great
This app works with no problems. I agree with the reviewer that stated read the manual.. One inconvenience I have is I must remove my iPhone's case for proper connection.
Works for me, try harder people
I bought this before I saw the reviews here, thank goodness. This item works just fine for me. I opened the settings option in the upper right of the app. The instruction manual told me exactly how to use it.
Open your photo library from the bottom right of the main screen on the app. Click edit in upper right, then choose if you want to copy or move and you can select the files you want to transfer.
It worked for me, I transferred 4 pictures and was able to see them once I put the star she device into my computer. A+, great item. Maybe other people just can't figure it out so here you go.

Junk
Another waste of money. Poor instructions. Must take cover off of iPad because connector is too short. Cannot "see" files on iPad Air 2.
Works just fine
Works great for me. iPadPro/MacBook Pro.
Not working
I can see files that I transfer, but will not play iTunes movies or TV shows. Seems like a waste of money and not how the product was sold.
Boo
Downloaded the app and am still not able to save/access the dongle (external), which was what I was promised in purchasing it! No web page or Facebook, no instructions or troubleshooting! I have no external & no contacts. Piece of junk!
