Version 2.0.0 Our biggest update yet, with a completely modernized reading experience. • All-new e-book reader powered by the Readium 3 engine — faster, smoother, and more reliable • Redesigned library, plus a new "Ask" tile previewing a coming feature: ask questions about your books and get answers drawn from your books, not outside sources • New audio player with improved controls — play chapter audio or the Analytical Commentary right from the chapter list • New audio bookmarks — mark a moment while listening and return to it later; playback picks up a few seconds early so you hear the lead-in • Redesigned bookmarks — the button is now a simple on/off switch, and bookmarks can finally be removed in the e-book reader • Bookmark lists now show a snippet of the marked text with its chapter and position; swipe to delete, clear several at once with Edit, and sort by place in the book or most recently added • The Book of Isaiah's chapter list now marks the chapters you actually bookmarked — text, commentary, and audio — instead of just the last chapter you had open • Bookmark controls now work properly with VoiceOver, and bookmark lists scale with your chosen text size • New Settings screen — App Theme (Light, Dark, or match your device), Customer Support links, a Send Feedback form, and Restore Purchases • The Privacy Policy, License Agreement, and a new Copyright Information screen now live under Settings ▸ Legal and open without leaving the app • The Font button in the Book of Isaiah now resizes verse text and commentary, not just the heading, and your text size is remembered across chapters and launches • Scripture and commentary now display in Crimson Text, the app's intended typeface, with true bold and italic cuts • Modernized in-app purchases — everything you've bought carries over automatically; purchases that finish later (Ask to Buy, pending payments, other devices) now unlock on their own, and refunds stay in step with your Apple Account • Audio fixes: playback when switching books, remembered speed, auto-play interruptions, an iOS 17 issue, and a possible crash • Apocalyptic Commentary of the Book of Isaiah and Windows on the Prophecy of Isaiah are now divided into real chapters — Contents entries open directly and both books open noticeably faster • Isaiah Made Simple has been rebuilt to fix its garbled page layout and table of contents • The Isaiah translation in The End from the Beginning is now listed in Contents — all 66 chapters open directly • Contents now shows parts and chapters as an outline, garbled entries read normally, and titles, authors, dates, cover art, and language declarations are corrected throughout • Fixed sideways layouts on Home and Library, the hidden Keyword Search box, the reader's Advanced Settings crash and missing icons, and unreadable Dark-mode panels • The reader's menus and toolbar now follow your reading theme — Night no longer leaves white panels over a black page • Added an App Store privacy manifest — the app collects no personal data • Verified on every iOS version from 16.4 through 26, with more "Liquid Glass" refinements for iOS 26 on the way • Many other fixes, performance improvements, and interface cleanups Please note: three books have been rebuilt — Apocalyptic Commentary and Windows on the Prophecy with real chapter divisions, and Isaiah Made Simple to fix its layout — so the first time you open your library, bookmarks and highlights in those three books are cleared, and they reopen at the beginning. The other three books keep every bookmark, highlight, and reading position, and purchases carry over across all books. Isaiah Explained now requires iOS 16.4 or later.
