Food list does not work anymore
January 5, 2026 - Since the recent update, I cannot scroll down the food lists after typing key words. Therefore, I cannot properly log my meals. If it is not fixed, this app will not be useful anymore.
Practically unusable
The section for entering food is practically unusable. First, you can’t find anything. you can’t scroll. most of the time the keyboard is in the way.
Overall I'm finding this app to be poorly designed. I would recommend starting over from scratch...and maybe hire a few UX designers.
Update… attempted to use it again and god is the UI just terrible. I can do more with just the basic reminder app on the iPhone.
I’m removing it from my phone. Hopefully Isagenix will spend some money on developing a better app.

Needs work
Unlike virtually every other app and subscription service I use, and there’s a lot, you should be able to skip individual irme a in your auto ship at any time. Currently you have to completely delete the item if you don’t need it in the next shipment. You also can’t simply skip and entire shipment or pause a shipment. The inflexible is super annoying. They need to get with the program.

Please fix your app
I’ve been an Isagenix subscriber for years and really every time I get on the app to modify my subscription or place a one time order it takes me 20 minutes to try and figure out what’s different and why it’s not working like the last time. Drives me crazy and every time I say I’m done with trying to be a customer. Fix it!

Amazing but needs Garmin app

The only feature which is extremely handy is the daily checklist until one day mine randomly stopped loading and is just blank everytime I try to access it.

Re-order button
A re-order button would be really nice. I tried the subscription thing, but would always have to change it, pause it, or do something. I would like to be able to re-order my protein powder as easily as possible.
I would explain my process when re-ordering, but it's gives me anxiety. lol

This app needs some serious no compromise. It should becoming more effective as the evolution of business grows and progressive in nature. Associates need to be able actually set up an referral to a friend and set up everything with an temporary password and no payment information until the email or phone number associated with it is accessed by intended recipient confirms allowing the associate to do the legwork for those whom are ready to join in the journey of the best nutrition available known.

Woke up this morning and I can’t get into the app at all. I’ve reinstalled, changed my password and spent half an hour chatting with customer service. Halfway through my challenge and just hoping that I haven’t lost all of my progress in the app. So disappointing.
Need a lot of work.
Besides the force closes and login issues. The daily checklists is good and bad. If you copy from previous day and you add something it goes on top instead of in time order. Should have a default checklist that the user can edit for each day. Not very user friendly. Finding food why is your products in list form and can’t be quickly searched?

Keep users logged in!
It shouldn’t be that difficult to keep users logged in! Why make the credentials “expire” at random intervals sometimes multiple times in a day? This is supposed to be an app that is accessed frequently during the day to log all info and it is annoying to have to enter login info again.
Great app
I think this app is great and helps me stay on track, but the only issue I have is that the “serving amount” section when you are adding in your food. It is really hard to change your portion if it is not the “1” serving amount allocated for the food serving description you select. If you need to change it to more or less you need to change the amount and It is hard to get the curser to the right side of the number to erase the amount to input your own on the app. I find myself tapping several times to get it to right hand side to edit it which is annoying.

App should be better
This app should be better! For the amount of money that is paid for this program the app needs to be more useful. It is high maintenance to add your daily food intake. I am not spending an hour searching to add foods and drinks that are not part of the default menu. The app is so slow it’s ridiculous! Trying to place an order takes forever. I know I’m exaggerating but really let fix that speed. I am definitely one of those buyers who will just go to someone better and not waste time maneuvering an app. I am only talking about the app and not the program. I have lost weight and it is good. Just fix the app so it compliments the program.

Serves its basic purpose but could be much better
I use the app because it supports the program but the functionality could be much better. The app for Weight Watchers is what Isagenix should be looking at. This app does not allow for creation of favourites or recipes and therefore the ease of use isn’t there. Unless you eat exactly the same thing every day you have to constantly search for foods through the list. Very frustrating.

Love the app and products, can you please allow for daily checks to be done offline, I’m often in low or no internet and can’t check off what I’m using as I’m using it.
I understand the food database can only be online, but just checking off basics should be avail offline.
