FAQ

What does the iScooter app do?

The iScooter app connects to your X Scooter via Bluetooth to display real-time vehicle data such as power, speed, trip distance, and odometer readings. It also allows you to control various vehicle settings, including power output, cruise mode, and startup preferences.

Can the app track my rides?

Yes, the app features a navigation mode that records your scooter's driving trajectory using your iOS device's GPS. You can then review your tracked routes on a map within the app.

Is the iScooter app free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is free to use and does not appear to have in-app purchases or advertisements.

What are the system requirements for the iScooter app?

The app requires iOS 10.0 or a later version of the iOS system to function correctly.

How does the GPS tracking work and what are the implications?

The app uses your iOS device's GPS to scan and record your location points approximately every 6 meters while you are riding. Be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly decrease your device's battery life.
