Error message when emailing
I’ve used this app for more than a decade to score high school games. Great app, except since late last week when I try to email the game sheets or team stats to the head coach (or myself), I get an error message. “Unsuccessful. Failed to send email - please try again later.” I’ve tried multiple games and multiple emails to no avail. And the link to contact support does not work either! Please address ASAP.

I only use this for scoring my MLB team games. This software is the best I have found other than writing my own. But right now I am getting a network transmission error every time I try to iscorecast synchronize after a game. I have over 5 games that have not synced and are waiting. Yet I have no place to ask what is going on, or how to fix it. Also, this software would get 10 stars from me if they would keep up with MLB rules. I write a lot of notes when I’m scoring to cover the ABS and game challenges.

Absolutely love this app.
I’m an MLB fan so I use it primarily to score MLB games. It’s incredibly intuitive thus smooth to use - tap & answer questions, you can’t really mess it up. Because I score so many MLB games, I love the roster interface that allows me to import the daily games, then sync the rosters when they’re submitted before the games. The rosters are updated daily as changes are made so they always reflect player moves.
I love the hit spray charts, then checking stats to see which pitch I would recommend in different situations. I love being able to tap a pitch location in the zone, select the type of pitch & speed, then the ability to view & print color pitch charts & compare game vs season ERA, WHIP statistics.
I’ve also used the app to score little league & legion baseball, it’s perfect for scoring & sharing the book with coaches & parents.

Buttons for balls and strikes clock violations
Needs buttons for ball and strikes for clock violations that doesnt count on pitchers total throwing count.
Not optimized for new iOS
This app has always been fantastic and I use it for scoring MLB games, but even after the most recent update it still does not have the UI optimized for the new phones. The Undo/Redo/Misc buttons are still so large you need to scroll to the side to use them and this often results in me swiping to another app because of how the zones on the screen are set up. The scoreboard at the top also is cut off so I can’t see scores/outs/pitch count. The new update fixes this until you select ball/strike for a pitch and then it breaks again. Leaving as 1 star until these issues are fixed

UI Issues
I’ve used iScore for years and have recently synced it to SidelineHD, but on any iPhone running this version, the whole top half is cut off. Can’t see balls/strikes while scoring, the bottom right menu is completely hidden and unusable. I’ve emailed and have been told they are aware, but no fix in sight and it’s not usable for me and many others who score games. Please fix this issue soon as we are already in season. Currently using GC because the UI is so bad.

Great app historically, we use it in our 8 team APBA league, seriously an all-time favorite app BUT…the problems introduced in this version, on iPhone anyway, need to be addressed immediately. Giant buttons, dark mode unusable, can’t see OUTS or INNINGS (kind of a big deal). Do better, please!
Great App
I absolutely love this application. They have thought of everything. It hasn’t changed much i do wish i could customize the size of the different screens. There are times i want to have the scorecard up but when it gets late in the game it is difficult to position the scorecard on the side.
Screen size
The screen is over blown on the new iPhones and is not optimized for button and font colors. The light and dark modes have font colors that disappear at times. This used to be much better.

I’ve been using iScore for 15 years or so. The current support is awful. Went to import a team’s roster on the website. It reminded me to back up from the device.
I did so not knowing my device had been wiped, so I just lost years of teams and games when it exported nothing to the server.
PLEASE DON’T RUIN THIS APP.

Not working on iOS 26.3
IScore has been working flawlessly until iOS 26.3 hit on my iPhone. Now it attempts to open for a millisecond then closes. What’s up with that?
App no longer working
App now crashes every time I open it. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, nothing works. The version 6 upgrade has been disastrous.

Cannot open the (excellent) iScore app on my iPad Help and update required urgently as it is softball season!

Cannot get this app to recognize a purchase or the site to recognize the login that the app gave me. Complete brick of an app.
