After I updated my iphone software to ios 15, this app has not worked properly. Tried to uninstall and reinstalling it didn’t work. App may need to be updated.
Upgrade to consider
It would be very helpful to be able to save the units for my facility so that as the IP I can have all my trained observers record on this app and send their data to me in a consistent format. As is, they have to take the time to individually set up the units and type of persons observed.
No email
The app will not pull up the keyboard so you can email the observations. Please fix this!
No longer works
App worked great until last month. Now it will not let me email my observations so I can then upload them to our data base where I work.
Great app and works well
A previous reviewer gave it one star because nothing happens when you do the final step to ‘click Record observation’.
That’s because you DON’T click on that field. To confirm, you tap on the green arrow and slide it to the right.
Once you’ve done that, the observation is recorded and the app goes back to record another observation.

Not able to email from this app
Don’t waste your time
I thought this would be a great app and it is relatively easy to set up however it will not track observations or send them. When you click “ CONFIRM OBSERVATION”, it’s dead in the water.
Needs a serious update/bug fixes
Only gets 1 start because I can't give zero, the app won't let me add or delete pre entered places or occupations. Needs some serious work.
One star right now.
Great app when it properly works. So far I am able to open up add one new title then it goes to my home screen. I then have to reopen the app, get back to where I am, click on something again then boom back to my home screen. Emails don't send, the app freezes and have to force close the app and open it again. Is this app actually optimized for iOS 8 and what ever the latest version we have? Maybe you all should focus on get these basic kinks worked out before expanding to the next innovation unless you of course multitask the update with the new genre of uses with a more sufficient operation of the original version.

Can't edit
Won't let me edit default list. Every time I try it kicks me out of the app. Otherwise I like it and it is very easy to use. I just want to be able to edit it to reflect my departments and skill mix.

In theory this is a great app that is exactly what I need for work, but it doesn't seem to work with the newest iOS. An update would be wonderful!

Useful, but crashes all the time.
Great app, but often crashes. Have been unable to email observations (freezes) or edit locations (closes automatically). Please update!
Love it SO MUCH we now need an updated version!
We use this hand hygiene auditing tool throughout my hospital! In fact, each unit has purchased their own iTouch in order to use this very app! It's extremely easy to use, and it allows us to collect accurate data and streamline it to the right people. We love it so much, we're already looking for a more advanced and improved version.

I am trying to move my infection prevention department towards using technology to help us do our job better, I think this app will be a step in the right direction. This is a perfect example of using technology to save lives! This app is easily customizable to the demographics of your hospital!!

This app is fantastic! It makes it so easy to be stealthy with Hand Hygiene monitoring. People just think you're texting or playing a game, but you're really SAVING LIVES with your iPhone. I look forward to the Pro version. Great job.
