Room for improvement
I think that there should be a simple check mark sort of way to select papers for deeper review in an initially named file when scrolling thru the mass of papers selected by Jarvis without having to endlessly repeat typing the same file name for storage.
Just not good
I’m an academic and tried a challenging publication search that I also did using Microsoft copilot. Copilot found a pub in about 10 seconds. This app was confusing, found irrelevant pubs and took about a minute. Then it wanted to charge me $50 a year for that. Not for me

I downloaded the iSearch App and started to register when the field asking for my first name showed as “Fist” and there was no field for surname. I find misspelled words are not a good sign of careful product design or thoughtful customer interface and would not expect this product to come up to company claims.

If you were biased by a typo, and failed to check out the entirety of the product, we cannot really help you. And second, given the volume of our current subscriber base, their retention and their input, your claim is false. We give more importance to scientific merit. This is not a kindergarten app.
Misleading
Only one “free” search allowed before the app locks up & then they want your money and personal info. A singular search is Not an adequate trial to assess if the service is useful or not. Publisher fails to disclose limitations on description page. Otherwise would not have bothered to download it.

Honest opinion
Search results are far better than Google. I would have Googled 10 times before I found what I wanted. Download before prices go up!

This app made my life
I am a medical resident and I use Google to look up medical practice standards every waking hour. This app not just made it easy but I can now do this sitting in the cafeteria in between seeing my patients. I also asked my team of co-residents to sign in with the same login so we can look at the studies others have found. Great value for price

Love the results from app
Studies can be organized by impact factor of journal..this is an important requirement that I have not seen anywhere else. Google is the best search engine out there and it just got better because of this app. Continue the good work. Looking forward to updates.
A very responsive app
UI is very responsive. No crashes so far. Very easy to communicate with their development team and they are very fast to reply.
An important app for biomedical people
I cannot overemphasize how often we use Google and Pubmed in our lab and how much this app has changed the way we work. Saves time. Great for team collaboration. Great value for price. Congratulations! We use iPubmed as well and it is a great complement to iSearch.
What doctors need
I am a surgeon and when I search for breast cancer, it gives out important innovations in high impact journals that surgeons may not become aware of otherwise. For example, I found a great publication in Cancer journal published last month. Surgeons dont use this journal often but glad I found it and these guys designed this app. Kudos..5 stars from me. I left a similar review on iPubmed as well..these 2 apps complement each other very well. Thank you.

Great functionality
Great value for price. Searching by importance of study was a much needed innovation. These people hit the nail on the head. Now I hardly use the Google website because of this app!

Much needed app
Google got better because of this. Lots of relevant studies that I can organize by various methods like journal impact factor. I can also store these studies much more easily while on the go.
Great resource.
Helps me make more sense of Google for my research. The app does what it says - it smartly makes extra searches to retrieve relevant results. Mr. Google is every doctor's companion and he just got better because of this app.
Love this app!
I am a primary care doctor and as you can imagine, use Google very frequently to update myself. Now my job got much easier. The studies returned are all peer reviewed, unlike what happens in Google which is a big plus. The search is far smarter than google as well. The results are far better than Google or Google scholar search and I don’t have to search twice or tweak any options to retrieve relevant studies. The app does that automatically for you. What more, the results are sorted by the reputation of the journal (called the impact factor).
The app also saves your webpages for later reference. UI is very responsive. I use this on my iPhone at work and iPad Pro while at home. Great value for price. Thank you!!
PS: I use IPubmed as well and this iSearch app complements the other very well. Recommend both. A much needed technology in our current healthcare era.
