PLEASE FIX THIS!
This used to be the best app/camera. I don’t know what happened, but the app has not worked properly since this last update. In some cases, not working at all. It won’t playback when I go to an event, it keeps glitching and sometimes shuts the camera off entirely. What is the point of having this as a security camera if it doesn’t even work?!

Horrible, it is forcing me to obtain cloud service and does not let me see the local files on SD card. Pictures and zooms are fine but what the heck I will do with it if I cannot access the files in local? I am going back to local DVR mode at least it will be in hard drive and access easy. These cameras waist of time and money.

Ever since ads started appearing as soon as I open the app has been so frustrating. It’s so slow now due to them. I used to love how easy and convenient this was but now I hate it. I pay subscription and still see the ads. Will be canceling it.
