Always Blurry Even When Fully Charged
Equipment is low quality and when I want to see what is going on it is just blurry defeating the point of the apps purpose

I’ve had this for a year. It worked great but now camera shows everything pixelated. Everything is up to date the only thing changed was my new phone. This really sucks cause now it’s useless and it does get hot quick. I don’t recommend this product
Scarily Good
My family has REALLY bad ear wax. This thick, brown stuff that never goes away, and it causes our ears to get clogged easily. I got this in hopes of helping with that problem and it is a relief! I was able to clear a bunch of my ear out and can hear clearly for the first time in a while! The app itself is fine, nothing special, but the fact it works with such a good product is enough to get a good rating from me.

Connect sucks
Saying the stuf would be there to connect it lied to me so ya the app pretty much just sucks
Useless
I changed the brightness of the scope light on the settings. The settings icon then disappeared on the app so now the light is stuck off rendering the product USELESS. Have tried reinstalling the app and on two different phones, same issue. Will be returning product

Keeps popping in and out. It never allows for video footage. DO NOT waste your money on this product
Connectivity issues
I recently purchased this device, and the first time I used it everything worked as expected. However, I did not experience the same results with my second use of the product. It fails to connect and the app shows the device flipping from use or connect. I have tried several different ways to resolve this issue but nothing seems to work. I will be returning this device.

Life saver!
The app is fast, easy to set up, and easy to use. I like the feature to switch between the left and right ear, and three ability to take photos without them being dumped in your photo stream. Great work! I have no idea where all the bad reviews came from 🤷♂️
Junk Garbage
Bought this product off of Amazon and I should have listened to the reviews that said it didn’t work. I could not get the camera to connect to the WiFi on my phone. I called customer service and tried troubleshooting with no luck. I even tried connecting it to different WiFi networks like my place of work and at another house. The camera never connected. Total junk. Don’t waste your money.

App not user friendly
The app is not very helpful when facing any issues with their devices. Having issues with the wifi and the only help the app offers is “please contact the sales channel customer service”

I’ve used this device in many applications. Recently used as a magnifying glass to read and record serial number off antique firearm.
Astro Ridge DGAF
This company, Astro ridge has plummeted since coming out with their first model like two years ago…. I ordered the ear cleaner and that’s been working just fine, low battery life though, but when I paid $20 for the facial cleanser, they never shipped the device and I’ve sent them 3-4 emails trying to see where it’s at and they don’t EVER respond to any of my messages. This is one of THE WORST CUSTOMER VALUED COMPANIES IVE EVER DEALT WITH. Save yourself time and money and just find something else

Install an app from a mainland china developer, apparently they’re going to try and steal your passwords. Don’t know what I expected.

No privacy available. Products associated with this app like the Astro Ridge are advertised to be located in the U.S. but are in fact Chinese. Consider your data shared with Chinese commercial and governmental entities without your consent. The “connect to wifi” is implied to be a Bluetooth connect to the app’s associated device but is actually using your WiFi to send your data to China. Beware.
